Senior Product Manager, Growth

About the Company

Mode.Inc is the parent company of a portfolio of technology businesses, including Mode Mobile and NGL. NGL is a viral social app with over 100M monthly users that provides a space for anonymous messaging and self-expression.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap to increase sharing, signups, and revenue
• Translate strategy into high-quality PRDs and manage the product/design backlog
• Collaborate with Monetization, Paid UA, Engineering, Design, and Data teams
• Rally the NGL team by communicating strategy through documentation and presentations
• Analyze performance using qualitative and quantitative data to drive product iteration
• Design and execute experiments in collaboration with the Data team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Growth Product roles for Gen Z social/community mobile apps
• Proven track record of owning revenue and core metrics like DAU, signups, and retention
• Experience shipping products in a fast-growing startup environment
• Proficiency in running high-velocity A/B testing and structured experimentation
• Experience building products with strong K-Factor and viral loops
• Ability to create localized, high-performing copy for social apps
• Experience working with Snap, Instagram, or TikTok acquisition funnels preferred
