Senior Product Manager, HCP Marketing

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of HCP marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives
• Contribute to brand planning, launch readiness, and tactical planning processes
• Translate complex scientific and clinical data into compelling HCP-focused promotional narratives
• Lead development and execution of HCP promotional initiatives to support brand performance
• Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing lead with the Agency of Record (AOR)
• Partner with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Sales teams to drive aligned execution
• Lead promotional materials through review and approval processes
• Manage HCP marketing budgets, timelines, and agency spend

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 7 years of industry-related experience
• Pharmaceutical or Biotech commercial marketing experience
• HCP marketing experience with demonstrated promotional ownership
• Experience managing agency partners
• Experience working within promotional review / MLR processes
• Ability to travel up to 40% based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, MS, or related field)
• Launch experience
• CNS, psychiatry, or specialty pharmaceutical experience
• Experience in small biotech or fast-paced growth environments
