Senior Product Manager, HRIS Integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery into Remote’s APIs and partner APIs, including data mapping and authentication flows
• Prioritize integration work based on customer needs, product impact, and technical feasibility
• Orchestrate cross-functional efforts between engineering, design, operations, and GTM teams
• Ensure data accuracy, sync reliability, and error handling for integrations across 100+ countries
• Establish and track KPIs for technical performance and customer outcomes
• Drive product feedback to improve APIs, CLIs, and the overall product

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a Product Manager focused on Integrations, APIs, or Platform ecosystems
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code to autonomously build and debug functional code/prototypes
• Proven experience building relationships with external partners
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to navigate technical trade-offs
• Excellent UX sensibilities regarding data syncing and seamless user experiences
• Business-level proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain expertise in HRIS or payroll platforms (e.g., Workday, HiBob, BambooHR, Personio, ADP, Paychex)
• Understanding of data models and sync patterns in the HRIS space
