Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of product initiatives for demanding customers and partners
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and industry standards
• Monitor and analyze metrics, usage data, and customer feedback to drive product improvements
• Build quick functional prototypes to validate new product ideas
• Represent Hyperproof as a subject matter expert in GRC at industry events
• Act as a relentless advocate for customers to ensure their needs shape product decisions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a product role with experience scaling products to enterprise customers
• Proven ability to lead customer engagements and translate business needs into product direction
• Excellent communication skills for building alignment with engineers and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Ability to manage complex, competing workstreams and long-term strategic bets
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

• Experience in the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) or cybersecurity domain
