Responsibilities

• Support high-visibility product strategies, ensuring compliance with accounting, legal, and competition regulations
• Act directly on Tax Reform fronts, anticipating market movements and regulatory needs
• Support other Tech Corp structure themes, adapting to different contexts and complex demands
• Structure and monitor metrics, KPIs, and OKRs to ensure the efficiency and health of operational products
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring complex solutions are communicated clearly

Requirements

• Familiarity with the lifecycle of products focused on operational efficiency and business support (backoffice/core)
• AI-driven mindset and ability to generate solid metrics in non-growth product scenarios
• Ability to manage essential non-profit/cost center products vital to company competitiveness
• Skill in breaking down complex regulatory or technical information for different audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Tax and Regulatory matters with experience building solutions that balance innovation with tax requirements
• Adaptability to transition between different themes with a holistic view
• Experience in remote collaboration and asynchronous communication
• Advanced English for interacting with international teams and partners
