Senior Product Manager II

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and execution of Axon’s product strategy across the META region, covering Digital Evidence Management (DEMs) and Devices portfolios.
• Translate diverse public safety ecosystem needs into actionable direction for global product and engineering teams.
• Partner with regional Sales and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities, shape tenders, and drive product adoption.
• Represent regional market realities in global product planning to ensure roadmaps deliver meaningful field impact.
• Drive tender and RFP success by engaging early to shape requirements and guide proposal strategy.
• Act as a regional advocate for Axon’s connected, cloud-first technology ecosystem.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• Proven experience managing both software and hardware products.
• Experience working with SaaS, Cloud, or IoT ecosystems.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Ability to operate autonomously in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Flexibility to travel across the META region and internationally (~20%).

• Experience engaging directly with customers to translate field needs into product outcomes.
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguity.
• High level of technical breadth and ability to explain complex connected ecosystems.
