Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and execute key initiatives within the DocUpdate product roadmap
• Manage DocUpdate mobile application UI/UX to optimize conversion and legitimacy
• Translate business objectives and customer needs into detailed product requirements
• Partner with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver product enhancements
• Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Utilize product analytics platforms like Mixpanel to monitor user behavior and engagement
• Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritize work within Jira
• Partner with internal and offshore engineering teams to ensure successful delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in software or technology
• History of mobile application UI development and refinement
• Experience owning software development projects from concept through delivery
• Strong experience writing product requirements and user stories
• Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools
• Familiarity with product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap)
• Ability to use product data and user behavior insights to drive decisions
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

• Pharmaceutical industry experience
• Healthcare technology experience
• Experience supporting physician-facing or HCP products
• Experience working with distributed and offshore engineering teams
• Startup or high-growth company experience
