Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Set and manage the Core Platform roadmap and priorities
• Focus platform work on scale, security, reliability, and faster product delivery
• Build and improve core capabilities including data foundations, identity & access (SSO/RBAC), APIs, and integration tools
• Learn needs and pain points from product teams, implementation, and customers
• Turn input into clear requirements, success measures, and rollout plans
• Work closely with engineering from discovery through launch and ongoing improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• 7+ years in Product Management, owning complex areas end-to-end
• Experience building and scaling core platform capabilities such as user management, access control (SSO, RBAC), data ingestion, streaming, and platform APIs
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS and/or hybrid/on-prem deployments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional work across engineering and customer-facing teams
• Ability to turn unclear problems into clear plans and shipped outcomes
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML products and platforms in industrial or manufacturing settings
• Familiarity with process manufacturing applications
• Knowledge of analytics tools and data management practices
• Experience working with technical end-users and translating complex requirements
