Senior Product Manager - Launch and Client Success

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions to translate goals and constraints into concrete launch plans
• Guide clients through B2B2C product decisions to optimize patient and provider experiences
• Partner with engineering to scope and implement client-specific configurations
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to manage risks and ensure on-time delivery
• Own roadmap work and use data to improve product adoption and engagement
• Translate strategic goals into clear product direction and requirements
• Define and track performance metrics tied to business outcomes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, solutions architecture, or a similar client-facing role
• Proven experience leading client or partner implementations from discovery to go-live
• Working knowledge of B2B and B2C product principles
• Ability to work directly with engineering teams to scope technical work
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Proficiency in using data to monitor and improve performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other complex, regulated domains
