Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps aligned with company goals and customer needs
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, clinical, and marketing through the product lifecycle
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis
• Lead GTM strategy, including defining offerings, packaging, and pricing models
• Size market opportunities and develop monetization plans
• Partner with clients and strategic accounts to validate product-market fit
• Act as the voice of the customer to advocate for usability and value realization
• Collaborate with Customer Success to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management
• 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare technology
• Proven ability to deliver high-impact products in an agile environment
• Experience with investment cases and revenue models
• Track record of launching B2B or enterprise products
• Strong understanding of utilization management workflows and medical necessity criteria
• AI Fluency: knowledge of AI architectures like LLMs, RAG, and agents

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EMRs, or clinical content platforms
• Strong customer focus and ability to translate insights into actionable features
• Enthusiasm for innovation in healthcare technology
