Senior Product Manager

Medely is a high-growth series-C technology start-up reimagining the future of healthcare work by providing an on-demand marketplace and workforce management tools. We are a fully remote team dedicated to redefining the way healthcare workers and facilities work together to provide for patients.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of the Flex marketplace
• Own major product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration
• Use product data, marketplace signals, and user research to identify high-value problems
• Make strategic tradeoffs across conversion, retention, supply and demand, and matching quality
• Partner deeply with Engineering and Design while driving alignment across cross-functional teams
• Measure product outcomes and feed insights back into product strategy
• Apply AI and LLMs pragmatically to simplify user workflows and increase operational velocity

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in startup, marketplace, SaaS, or scaled technology environments
• Experience owning product areas from discovery through launch and iteration
• Strong product judgment and ability to define clear problems and success criteria
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate user behavior and marketplace health
• Strong technical communication skills to partner effectively with engineering teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling a two-sided or three-sided marketplace
• Experience with matching, supply-demand dynamics, or marketplace liquidity
• Healthcare, workforce, staffing, or regulated industry experience
• Experience building products that serve both businesses and individual users
• Experience using AI, LLMs, or workflow automation to improve product experiences
