Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end integration and growth of newly acquired apps within the Mode.Inc ecosystem
• Own business and product performance, including revenue, engagement, conversion, retention, and P&L outcomes
• Develop strategic product-feature roadmaps and drive execution from concept to scale
• Build and mentor cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Growth, and Data
• Establish frameworks for ongoing experimentation to drive monetization and scalable growth
• Partner with M&A, Finance, and Leadership to shape post-acquisition product strategies
• Provide visibility into business performance to executive stakeholders

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional product management experience
• 3+ years of independently owning a product or business line
• Proven experience managing products with P&L accountability
• Experience in mobile app ecosystems (utility, social, entertainment, or rewards)
• Understanding of subscription, IAP, and IAA monetization strategies
• Demonstrated success integrating and scaling products post-acquisition
• Proficiency in data tools such as Mixpanel and Google Sheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
