Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and run the product process for the Events and Auctions surface from discovery through delivery
• Own the product roadmap for Events and Auctions, including integration milestones
• Represent the product in customer discovery, escalation calls, and event-day feedback loops
• Write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for UK-based engineers
• Run agile ceremonies for a transatlantic team split across UK engineering and US design
• Define and track success metrics including event reliability and retention
• Partner with SDMs and Tech Leads on technical tradeoffs and architecture decisions
• Create prototypes from low-fidelity sketches to Figma mocks to validate solutions
• Apply AI and emerging technologies to improve customer workflows

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of owning a product surface through ambiguity
• Experience structuring undefined processes from scratch
• Experience working with distributed teams across time zones (ideally UK/Europe)
• Technical fluency to review data models and understand webhook failures
• Strong written communication skills for specs and roadmap documentation
• Experience with event-driven products, live commerce, ticketing, or nonprofit fundraising is a plus
