Senior Product Manager

As Nigeria’s largest merchant acquirer, we power most of the country’s point-of-sale (POS) transactions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive outcomes anchored in metrics and aligned with company OKRs
• Maintain a roadmap balancing near- and long-term priorities, growth levers, and technical investments
• Leverage customer discovery, product analytics, and experimentation to validate assumptions
• Break down complex problems into clear proposals and actionable plans
• Dive into data directly by building queries and analyses to monitor product signals
• Own product documentation including one-pagers, PRDs, GTM plans, and user stories
• Cultivate relationships with customers, stakeholders, and leaders to ensure alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field
• 8+ years of experience in technology companies
• 5+ years of experience owning and driving products end-to-end as a Product Manager
• Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes tied to OKRs
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on SQL experience highly desirable
• Technical fluency in system architecture, APIs, and data flows
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain experience in relevant fintech sectors
• Experience building, launching, and scaling fintech products
• Experience building products from zero-to-one or shaping new product lines
