Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of products, prioritizing tasks and projects to maximize impact
• Define a vision and form a compelling product roadmap to ensure scalability for enterprise customers
• Document the problem space and provide clear prioritization of challenges
• Partner with engineering, design, and support specialists to ship high-quality projects
• Build relationships and promote product strategy throughout the organization
• Own the problem space from discovery through to pragmatic rollout

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven success in developing high-level product roadmaps for enterprise customers
• Technical fluency in understanding complex, enterprise-level requirements, with a focus on security
• Experience leading customer discovery and user research
• Ability to define and track important business and success metrics
• Strong communication skills to explain decision rationale to executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Computer science or a related technical degree
• Background in B2B or enterprise-focused software
• Previous experience in project management, collaboration tools, or enterprise software
