Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the full product roadmap across patient-facing, provider-facing, partner-facing, and internal ops tools
• Author all product requirements documents (PRDs) with clear user stories and success metrics
• Build the product management system, including tools like Linear or Jira and defining operating rhythms
• Drive build vs. buy decisions through rigorous vendor evaluation and integration testing
• Ship products to increase patient visit retention and follow-up rates
• Improve provider workflow efficiency through better templates, handoff flows, and AI-assisted documentation
• Lead AI and automation initiatives to eliminate manual clinical tasks
• Partner with engineering and operations to bridge business needs and technical execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years at a high-growth startup owning a roadmap end-to-end
• Proven portfolio of detailed, user-centered PRDs
• Experience shipping features that measurably change user behavior (engagement or retention)
• Hands-on experience setting up project management systems (Linear, Jira, Notion)
• Strong build vs. buy judgment and vendor evaluation experience
• Experience in healthtech, clinical operations, or a regulated domain is a strong plus
• Genuine enthusiasm for and experience with AI-powered features or automations
• Excellent written communication skills
• Bias to action and low ego
