Senior Product Manager, New Ventures

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-velocity new ventures team to validate bold product ideas through lean experimentation and evidence-based decision making
• Turn ambiguous concepts into clear customer problems, sharp value propositions, and testable hypotheses with strict kill/pivot/scale KPIs from day one
• Design and run frugal validation cycles using interviews, landing pages, no-code prototypes, waitlists, concierge MVPs, and lightweight distribution experiments
• Build high-fidelity no-code prototypes and functional solutions using AI tools and modern workflows within compressed 2-2-2 timeframes
• Graduate validated bets into the core business or dedicated teams once they hit specific revenue and retention milestones

Requirements

• Proven 0-to-1 product building experience, ideally as a founder or early technical employee in a high-growth startup
• Expert proficiency with no-code prototyping tools and AI-powered product development workflows
• Deep expertise in lean experimentation methodologies and rapid validation techniques
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to connect user problems, demand signals, and business potential
• Demonstrated experience with growth experimentation, A/B testing, and strategic analytics
• Highly resourceful and comfortable operating with ambiguity, limited budget, and minimal engineering support

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, proptech, marketplaces, investing, or regulated environments
• Strong background in paid acquisition tests, funnel design, and conversion optimization
• Familiarity with MENA region consumers and business dynamics
