Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own both the roadmap and the execution of core platforms and data foundations
• Engage with customers, brokers, and underwriters to prioritize problem solving
• Set direction for Engineering, Data Science, Actuaries, and GTM teams
• Shape long-term vision for pricing and the broader product suite

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in Product Management or equivalent roles
• Experience shipping 0-1 products
• Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with data/numbers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to earn credibility with technical partners in data science and engineering
• Experience driving cross-functional teams on aggressive timelines in high-growth startup environments
• Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline preferred (CS, Engineering, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building products where pricing or risk models drive revenue (insurance, lending, or marketplaces)
• B2B or fintech background
• MS, PhD, or MBA
