About the Company

Nomina is building a platform that allows power users to access onchain markets and run sophisticated trading strategies in a single interface. Backed by top investors including Pantera, Two Sigma Ventures, and Coinbase Ventures, the team is focused on becoming the go-to terminal of the onchain economy.

Responsibilities

• Establish world-class product discovery practices to identify and dominate niches in the onchain trading ecosystem
• Implement structured user research processes and conduct frequent user interviews
• Collaborate with the CEO to aggregate feedback and prioritize development
• Partner with the CTO to convert user feedback into concrete engineering plans
• Run engineering standups, planning, and retros
• Manage build-measure-learn loops to iterate on the product quickly

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Manager experience
• At least 2 years in product discovery or 0-to-1 environments
• Strong working knowledge of financial products (spot, futures, yield, options, perps)
• Proven track record of finding product-market fit in ambiguous spaces
• Excellence in user research and synthesis
• Located in the US or Europe
• Ability to convert research into actionable engineering work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with trading platforms or financial products
• Familiarity with crypto and DeFi
• Technical background
