Senior Product Manager

Novellia is a health-tech company that allows users in the US to access nearly a decade of their health data for free. The platform aggregates medical records, tracks symptoms, and manages medications, while also providing a patient-powered real-world data platform to accelerate biopharma innovation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design and Engineering to define and deliver patient product features across web and mobile apps
• Drive features from the ground up using product analytics, user research, and support signals
• Define product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap delivery alongside the Director of Product
• Collaborate with Design to create user experiences that empower patients
• Align customer projects with patient value and product vision through commercial stakeholder collaboration
• Communicate progress, insights, and tradeoffs to leadership and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience building consumer products
• Experience in the health-tech space preferred
• Deep proficiency in product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or SQL)
• Ability to write detailed PRDs and define acceptance criteria
• Experience running sprint ceremonies and grooming user stories
• Experience conducting independent user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys)
• Experience shipping features on both iOS and Android platforms
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience at an early-stage startup (Seed through Series B)
• Exposure to healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, claims, EHR)
