Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs, SEO/GEO trends, and competitive analysis
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch using data-driven decisions
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to drive product-led growth (PLG)
• Lead cross-functional planning to ensure on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze usage data to inform decisions
• Implement product analytics tools to track engagement, retention, and feature adoption
• Lead customer onboarding and experience improvements during SaaS transition
• Create clear, concise product requirement documents (PRDs)

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience with WordPress or SEO-related products
• Strong background in PLG strategies such as self-service onboarding and free-to-paid conversion
• Proven track record of managing technical products from concept to launch
• Strong understanding of SEO/GEO fundamentals and the WordPress ecosystem
• Experience working on SaaS products
• Data-driven decision-making mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Jira, Figma, and product analytics platforms
