Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the benefits infrastructure strategy, focusing on near-term integrations and long-term unification
• Drive the roadmap for connecting to carriers, third-party administrators, and HR systems
• Lead complex, cross-functional integration delivery for payroll and benefits
• Build a seamless benefits experience across Employer of Record, global payroll, and PEO products
• Manage the partner portfolio, including sourcing, evaluation, and technical integration
• Ensure data integrity across partner integrations and act as the escalation point for data incidents

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product manager owning complex third-party integrations (API and file/EDI-based)
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code is required to build, debug, and ship functional code/prototypes
• Ability to design for systems and APIs rather than just dashboards
• Excellent asynchronous written communication skills
• Experience in related domains like benefits, HR technology, payroll, or fintech is a bonus
• Strong technical fluency to reason about sync and reconciliation logic
