Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Insights

Responsibilities

• Set the reporting and insights strategy, defining the vision and roadmap for multi-surface reporting systems
• Deeply understand customer reporting needs across payroll, finance, HR, and executive personas
• Build trusted reporting foundations including standard reports, configurable building, and GL/journal exports
• Develop intelligent insights experiences using AI, anomaly detection, and proactive recommendations
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Data, Engineering, Design, and Legal to deliver scalable solutions
• Establish and measure KPIs for adoption, engagement, trust, and report accuracy

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a Product Manager focused on reporting, analytics, or data platforms
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code to autonomously build and debug functional code/prototypes
• Strong data literacy including understanding of models, schemas, lineage, and SQL proficiency
• Deep empathy for customer workflows and strong UX sensibilities
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex data and AI trade-offs to stakeholders
• Business-level proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HR Tech, payroll, finance, compliance, or B2B SaaS products
