Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Insights

Responsibilities

• Set the reporting and insights strategy, defining the vision and roadmap for multi-surface reporting systems
• Build empathy for diverse personas including payroll, finance, HR, and executive users
• Own payroll-grade reporting capabilities including standard reports, configurable building, and GL/journal exports
• Develop intelligent insights experiences using AI, anomaly detection, and proactive recommendations
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Data, Engineering, Design, and Legal to deliver scalable solutions
• Establish and monitor KPIs for adoption, engagement, trust, and report accuracy

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a Product Manager focused on reporting, analytics, or data platforms
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code to autonomously build and debug functional code/prototypes
• Strong data literacy including understanding of models, schemas, lineage, and SQL for validation
• Deep understanding of data pitfalls like double-counting, currency/timezone issues, and effective dating
• Strong UX sensibilities for simplifying complex data workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical trade-offs to executives
• Business-level proficiency in English

• Experience with HR Tech, payroll, finance, compliance, or B2B SaaS products
