Senior Product Manager

Route is on a mission to connect the world’s commerce. Through our network of +5 million Route App users and 15,000 merchants, we’re making it easier than ever for consumers to track, insure, and discover their favorite products in one place.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision, strategy, and execution for Route’s consumer checkout experience
• Own and provide clarity around key business and product performance metrics
• Lead a high-quality experimentation cadence by developing hypotheses and prioritizing tests
• Partner directly with enterprise merchants to understand integration needs and customer pain points
• Make thoughtful tradeoff decisions across revenue-generating initiatives and platform investments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Analytics, Design, Sales, and Marketing
• Write clear product requirements, rollout strategies, and documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, eCommerce, payments, or checkout
• Proven ownership of revenue-driving product surfaces and key metrics
• Deep understanding of Shopify’s ecosystem and checkout extensibility
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, rules engines, and webhooks
• Demonstrated experimentation mindset with A/B testing experience
• Proficiency using SQL and analytics platforms to inform decisions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with companies in the checkout or post-purchase ecosystem (e.g., Affirm, Klarna, Sezzle, Rebuy, Aftersell, Loop)
