Senior Product Manager

Seed Health is a microbiome science company pioneering clinically validated innovations for gut and whole-body health. We have built a profitable DTC business with category-leading retention and a robust clinical pipeline, expanding our reach across new channels and markets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy for product areas including growth funnels or post-purchase member experiences
• Develop and maintain a long-term product vision to deliver impact on company-level metrics
• Set measurable goals tied to business KPIs such as conversion, activation, LTV, and retention
• Design and run short-cycle experiments to test hypotheses about member behavior
• Partner with Product Design to set creative and strategic direction for member-facing experiences
• Collaborate across growth-to-member handoff and cross-sell positioning
• Inform how digital experiences evolve alongside emerging commerce channels
• Present strategy and experiment results to leadership

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Deep expertise in growth, acquisition, subscription, or retention
• Experience defining product strategy from ambiguity
• Experience in subscription or membership businesses at scale
• Analytical fluency with cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and funnel metrics
• Strong communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in DTC e-commerce, health/wellness, or premium consumer brands
• Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem or subscription platforms
• Exposure to lifecycle/CRM systems like Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable
• Familiarity with SQL and product analytics tools like Amplitude
