Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for ambiguous, high-impact areas and make prioritization calls based on customer insight and technical feasibility
• Own complex, cross-surface initiatives from diagnosis to shipment
• Use the product as a real user to identify and fix friction points
• Co-own key metrics including activation, engagement, retention, and expansion
• Lead discovery across users, customers, and internal teams to inform product judgment
• Partner cross-functionally to navigate tradeoffs and create alignment
• Ensure a consistent look and feel that delivers value across different user technical abilities
• Document clear, written thinking for the team to act upon

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, operating with high scope and ambiguity
• Experience as a senior IC in a product-led company
• Deep understanding of product-led growth (PLG) levers
• Strong product judgment and instinct for software quality
• Ability to hold technical conversations with engineers regarding tradeoffs
• High level of ownership and urgency
• Fluency in English for global collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building developer tools, AI products, or technical products for technical audiences
• Ability to prototype ideas personally to demonstrate product direction
