Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead a Power Tool Accessory Portfolio by developing product and market strategies to drive global growth and profitability
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to delivery, including short and long-term P&L management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and finance to drive new product development
  • Partner with brand marketing and channel teams to develop product launch programs and marketing strategies
  • Conduct end-user and competitive market research to define and deliver industry-leading products
  • Develop and implement marketing collateral, advertising materials, and web content to promote the portfolio
  • Execute comprehensive strategic plans for retail and industrial product portfolios

Requirements

  • BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management and marketing
  • Engineering or technical background
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present data and conclusions clearly
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and lead cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Consumer Product management
  • Experience working directly with retailers or large customers on go-to-market strategies
  • Experience working within a large global company
