Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead a Power Tool Accessory Portfolio by developing product and market strategies to drive global growth and profitability
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to delivery, including short and long-term P&L management
  • Identify and develop new product and market opportunities through end-user and competitive market research
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and finance to drive the New Product Development Process
  • Collaborate with brand marketing and channel teams to develop product launch programs and marketing strategies
  • Develop marketing collateral, advertising materials, and web content to promote the managed portfolio
  • Execute comprehensive strategic plans for retail and industrial product portfolios

Requirements

  • BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management and marketing
  • Engineering or technical background
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively across different business groups
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present data and conclusions clearly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Consumer Product management
  • Experience working directly with retailers or large customers on go-to-market strategies
  • Experience working within a large global company
