Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for internal platforms and tooling supporting clinical and operational workflows
• Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap for operational systems and workflow orchestration
• Partner with Clinical and Operations teams to translate pain points into scalable product solutions
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, and Clinical partners
• Define success metrics and use data to evaluate product impact

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management
• Experience leading complex product initiatives across multiple teams and systems
• Demonstrated ability to develop product strategy and prioritize roadmaps
• Strong interest in AI-driven products and familiarity with LLMs and automation
• Ability to partner with Engineering and Data teams on technically complex initiatives
• Strong product judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building internal tools, platforms, or workflow systems
• Experience working with clinical or operations teams
