Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery across multiple internal and client-facing systems
• Define and prioritize requirements for backend and blockchain infrastructure products
• Translate complex stakeholder needs into actionable technical specs
• Work closely with engineering to scope, plan, and ship high-quality features
• Collaborate with leadership to align product strategy with company goals
• Continuously gather feedback from users, partners, and internal teams to refine product direction
• Drive roadmap execution and ensure timely, secure delivery

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, or infrastructure
• Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and developer-focused products
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity
• Proven track record of shipping complex products with small, fast-moving teams
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote, async-first work environment
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with blockchain protocols, DeFi tools, or crypto exchanges is a strong plus
