(Senior) Product Manager, Trading

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap, milestones and dependencies for trading products in the UAE (Dubai-based role).
• Define features, write product specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Run user research and interviews to build customer empathy.
• Prioritise initiatives, weigh trade-offs, and manage the backlog.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, QA, analysts, growth and compliance to ship features.
• Conduct market research and performance analysis to inform decisions.
• Manage specific features within the trading product line and iterate post-launch.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shipping consumer trading or fintech products at scale
• Domain knowledge in retail trading, trading UX or gamification
