Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Obtain and analyze voice of the customer feedback from KOLs and market research to guide product strategy
• Define product concepts and author User Needs, Stakeholder requirements, and Product Marketing Requirements
• Lead cross-functional project teams through all phases of product development from ideation to launch
• Create business cases and market opportunity analyses to support new product proposals
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies, including training and market segmentation
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, and Clinical teams
• Travel regularly to assess customer and field opinions on current products

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• Minimum of 7 years of successful product management or related experience
• Experience defining data and connectivity solutions
• Experience with products interfacing to Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as EPIC
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• 10+ years of product management experience
• Experience in the medical device or critical care device industry
