Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the platform’s core surfaces end-to-end, including onboarding, permissions, preferences, and notifications
• Champion the end-to-end user experience by mapping real user flows and journeys
• Design primitives and patterns that compose cleanly across products using systems thinking
• Turn ambiguous horizontal challenges into concrete requirements and shipped software
• Establish direction with data, defining clear success metrics and leveraging analytics
• Leverage AI prototyping tools to build rapid proofs-of-concept
• Facilitate coordination across engineering, design, data, and GTM functions

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of shipping shared components of a user-facing platform
• Deep expertise in managing onboarding, lifecycle notifications, or permissions
• Strong systems thinking and ability to reason about data models and architectural constraints
• AI-native workflow comfortable with modern AI prototyping tools
• Metrics-driven approach using customer interviews and product analytics
• High EQ and comfort with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with recommendation, relevance, or ranking systems
• Experience building internal tools
• Experience in regulated, data-heavy domains like fintech or health tech
• Experience at a rapidly scaling, venture-backed startup
