Responsibilities

• Translate high-level direction into clear, buildable scopes
• Partner with product leadership on priorities and own end-to-end execution
• Write detailed requirements and user stories anticipating edge cases and dependencies
• Work closely with engineering to break down work and remove blockers
• Define success metrics and build dashboards to monitor them
• Lead discovery through interviews, workflow mapping, and validation loops
• Collaborate with design to prototype, test, and refine interaction patterns
• Identify opportunities for product simplification and architectural cleanup
• Champion AI internally and embed AI into the product experience
• Drive alignment across engineering, design, and GTM teams
• Ship quickly, measure, learn, and iterate

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with direct ownership of shipping features
• Experience with commercial SaaS products, including embedded AI
• Ability to turn ambiguous problem spaces into structured delivery plans
• Experience working closely with engineering on technical tradeoffs
• Demonstrable use of AI tools in professional workflows
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (SQL, Mixpanel, or Looker)
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience in startups, scale-ups, or high-velocity environments
• Experience shipping commercial-grade software in a SaaS company

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with LLMs, architectures, or prompt engineering
• Experience in fintech, wealthtech, or regulated industries
• Background in B2B SaaS serving professional users like advisors or attorneys
