Senior Product Manager, Vault

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Vault lifecycle from item arrival through intake, processing, quality control, and outtake/shipping
• Define and enforce SLAs for ingest, processing, and outtake while systematically removing bottlenecks
• Own international shipping workflows including customs, insurance, labeling, and carrier integrations
• Build the roadmap for internal Vault tools and experiment with AI agents and automation to reduce manual work
• Partner cross-functionally to activate inventory and reduce time from "in vault" to "live on marketplace"
• Define error rates, rework taxonomy, and reliability standards that scale with volume
• Influence Vault unit economics through speed, tooling, and process improvements

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of Product Management experience in operationally complex environments
• Strong intuition for warehouse, logistics, or 3PL businesses and metrics like throughput, SLAs, and cost per unit
• Deep interest in AI-first workflows, automation tools, and human-in-the-loop systems
• Experience translating real-world processes into scalable internal tools
• Comfort working closely with warehouse/ops and engineering teams
• Highly data-driven with clear accountability to outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fulfillment centers, warehousing, logistics, or 3PL operations
• Exposure to international shipping, customs, insurance, or cross-border workflows
• Experience deploying automation or AI-assisted tooling in operational environments
• Familiarity with handling high-value physical assets at scale
