Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy for key platform areas, translating company goals into a prioritized roadmap
• Oversee large, cross-functional projects from discovery through launch and iteration
• Synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative data to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses
• Establish and monitor KPIs to improve adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and support to align on requirements and success metrics
• Create detailed product requirement documents, user stories, and technical specifications
• Lead comprehensive QA processes and define acceptance criteria
• Mentor junior product managers and influence stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive product management experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
• Proven ability to manage multi-quarter roadmaps and lead discovery efforts
• Strong track record of setting long-term product vision and making principled tradeoffs
• Advanced analytical capabilities and experience using data analytics tools
• Extensive experience writing detailed PRDs and leading sprint planning
• Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, and system design
