Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and own the roadmap for key platform areas
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from discovery through launch
• Synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative data to inform decisions
• Establish and monitor KPIs to optimize adoption, engagement, and revenue
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and support teams for alignment
• Create detailed product requirement documents, user stories, and technical specifications
• Lead QA processes and define acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality delivery
• Mentor junior product managers and influence stakeholders across the organization
• Drive go-to-market strategies and create enablement materials

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive product management experience in SaaS or tech-driven environments
• Proven track record of managing multi-quarter roadmaps and strategic initiatives
• Advanced analytical capabilities and experience with data analytics tools
• Strong experience writing PRDs and leading sprint planning/backlog grooming
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Deep understanding of technical architecture, APIs, and system design
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Four-year college degree
