Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-native products from ideation through launch using generative AI, autonomous agents, and LLMs
• Define vision and roadmap for how AI agents reshape GTM workflows
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success users to identify high-value automation opportunities
• Define and track AI-centric metrics such as agent task completion, model accuracy, and automation rates
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, AI/ML specialists, designers, and GTM stakeholders
• Communicate AI product strategy to executives and cross-functional partners through regular written updates

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building products with LLMs, autonomous agents, and generative AI
• Deep understanding of go-to-market workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success
• Strong UX and design sensibility with a bias toward simplicity
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ship intelligent, best-in-class experiences
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools like Amplitude and Tableau
