Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-native products from ideation through launch, leveraging generative AI, autonomous agents, and LLMs
• Define the vision and roadmap for how AI agents reshape GTM workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success
• Partner with users to identify high-value AI-driven automation opportunities
• Define and track AI-centric metrics such as agent task completion, model accuracy, and automation rates
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, AI/ML specialists, designers, and GTM stakeholders
• Communicate AI product strategy to executives and cross-functional partners

Requirements

• Proven experience building products with LLMs, autonomous agents, and generative AI
• Deep fluency in go-to-market workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success
• Strong UX and design sensibility with a bias toward simplicity
• Hands-on AI prototyping mindset and familiarity with latest AI tools
• Data-driven approach using analytics platforms like Amplitude and Tableau
• Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment skills
