About the Company

Spark is the fastest-growing Medicare platform in the country, combining AI, an industry-leading CRM, and client services to transform how 10,000+ brokers acquire, enroll, and support clients in their local communities.

Responsibilities

  • Own Spark's core platform narrative and messaging framework
  • Develop and maintain differentiated positioning for products and capabilities
  • Lead end-to-end GTM execution for product and feature launches
  • Define and track success metrics tied to awareness, adoption, and sales impact
  • Develop GTM strategy for new offerings and segments
  • Create thought leadership and product-focused content
  • Build lifecycle programs to drive product adoption and broker engagement
  • Own the broker acquisition toolkit including pitch decks and battlecards
  • Run enablement trainings for field teams

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B technology
  • Proven track record of owning GTM strategy and launch execution
  • Strong positioning and messaging skills
  • Experience building sales enablement programs
  • Strong IC writing and content creation skills
  • Proficient with AI tools
  • Ability to operate in a build environment with limited infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in health tech or insurance tech
  • Customer marketing or lifecycle marketing experience
  • Familiarity with channel or partner-led GTM motions
  • Experience at a high-growth startup
