Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own messaging and positioning frameworks across vCluster, vNode, and vMetal
  • Define and refine the ICP, including platform engineering leaders and AI infrastructure buyers
  • Drive end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new features and products
  • Establish and manage the competitive intelligence function, including battlecards
  • Lead the content roadmap, including customer testimonials, case studies, and video content
  • Enable sales teams by translating technical concepts into pitch narratives and one-pagers
  • Partner with ecosystem leads on industry panels and partner spotlights

Requirements

  • Deep experience in messaging and positioning for technical products
  • Proven track record of running end-to-end product launches
  • Ability to lead ICP and buyer persona research
  • Experience running competitive intelligence programs
  • Strong portfolio of technical content (blogs, guides, case studies)
  • Experience in sales enablement and translating technical depth into business value
  • Ability to thrive in a builder-phase startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in AI infrastructure, AI Cloud providers, or GPU infrastructure
  • Fluency in marketing to developer and platform communities (Kubernetes, DevOps)
  • Experience scaling a PMM or content function
