Senior Product Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Define product positioning and lead go-to-market strategies and launches
• Partner with technology teams to translate technical updates into driver communications
• Build integrated product marketing plans to grow product offerings
• Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, and content for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with Communications on annual messaging guides
• Plan communication mixes including blog posts, automated updates, and social content
• Turn product performance and customer feedback into actionable recommendations
• Track launch success, adoption, engagement, and retention
• Optimize Braze Canvas flows and tagging structures for better segmentation

Requirements

• 4+ years of product marketing experience
• Experience in messaging, positioning, and competitive research
• Proven ability to influence interdisciplinary teams
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
