Senior Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the product operating cadence across the portfolio, including planning rhythms, roadmap reviews, and launch readiness
• Build and maintain prioritization, intake, and decision frameworks for product leaders
• Manage product management tooling strategy, workflows, and data hygiene
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Revenue teams to reduce operational friction
• Coordinate cross-functional product launch readiness with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Maintain a living view of the competitive landscape and convert signals into actionable recommendations
• Synthesize win/loss and churn data into product and roadmap inputs
• Turn product usage data and customer feedback into decision-ready insights
• Partner with teams using Pendo, Gong, and Salesforce to define metrics and create dashboards
• Support AI-enabled product and operational workflows through automation and human review

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Product Management, Operations, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in product operations, product management, or business operations in a SaaS environment
• Demonstrated experience building operational systems or decision frameworks at scale
• Strong understanding of modern product operating models and development workflows
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear recommendations
• Experience with tools such as Pendo, Gong, Salesforce, Jira, or Confluence
• Strong written communication and executive presentation skills
• Proficiency in using AI tools responsibly for research, synthesis, and workflow automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS serving complex institutional buyers (school districts, government, etc.)
• Experience supporting a multi-product portfolio with shared platform dependencies
• Experience with competitive intelligence or market insight functions
• Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth scaling environment
