Senior Product Operations Manager

Pliant is a European fintech specializing in B2B payment solutions. Our modular, API-first platform helps businesses streamline spending, improve cash flow, and integrate payments into their financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Pliant’s Product Operating System, including roadmaps, PRDs, OKRs, and release management
• Design and ship AI-powered workflows to automate PM tasks like PRD drafting and feature-request triage
• Build the Product analytics foundation and maintain dashboarding infrastructure and KPI governance
• Evaluate and rationalize the Product tool stack, including Notion, Jira, and AI builders
• Coach PMs on new tools and workflows to raise the bar for product excellence
• Interface with Engineering, Design, Commercial, and Support to ensure seamless process integration

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Strategy & Operations, or Technical Program Management
• Hands-on AI power-user with fluency in tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and Notion AI
• Experience building with AI via prompting, evals, or low-code/no-code workflows (n8n, Gumloop, Make)
• Systems thinking mindset with the ability to design scalable, lightweight operating models
• Strong product instincts and empathy for Product Managers
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build functions from the ground up
• Excellent written communication skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or platform business
• Ability to perform light scripting and API integrations
