Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to align the product backlog with company strategy and translate vision into deliverables.
  • Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams; ensure shared understanding of user stories and product goals.
  • Lead agile rituals including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demos.
  • Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies to optimise feature delivery and resolve blockers.
  • Balance feature development with security, scalability, and compliance needs for DeFi products.
  • Monitor product success using KPIs, customer feedback, and DeFi ecosystem analytics; drive data-informed decisions.
  • Contribute to program-level activities such as exploration workshops and showcases.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with smart contract ecosystems and EVM-based chains.

  • Hands-on knowledge of Solidity or smart contract auditing is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.

This role prioritises candidates based in Dubai or working remotely within +/-4 hours GST, operating in a hybrid model with a strong focus on collaboration and rapid product iteration.
