Senior Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Own the BUSY product as a unified system, including hardware, mobile/desktop apps, and integrations
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for BUSY Bar and BUSY App
• Specify functionality for focus modes, timers, distraction blocking, and automations
• Turn ideas and discussions into clear product requirements, user flows, and actionable tasks
• Collaborate with design and development to decide feature implementation
• Monitor onboarding, activation, retention, and repeat usage
• Align product decisions across design, development, marketing, support, and operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Product Lead
• Hands-on experience with product ownership and execution
• Ability to work at the intersection of hardware and software
• Strong ability to manage complex dependencies across devices and apps
• Skilled at turning scattered inputs into clear structures and priorities
• Clear, fluff-free technical writing for product requirements
• Experience collaborating with engineers and designers
• Confidence with technical topics including APIs, integrations, and cross-platform logic

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with consumer hardware or connected devices
• Background in productivity products or behavioral UX
• Experience with automation, integrations, or developer-facing features
• Familiarity with community-driven products
• Experience in fast-moving, evolving product environments
