Senior Professional Services Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Cortex Onboarding & Implementation packages via workshops and tailored engagements
• Serve as the main technical point of contact to troubleshoot issues, investigate bugs, and raise product feedback
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot Cortex features and integrations across the engineering toolchain
• Advise on and implement data modeling strategies and create architecture diagrams for ingestion pipelines
• Guide customers on data ingestion automation, ownership, reporting, and orchestration approaches
• Create customer-facing learning guides, walkthroughs, and best-practice documentation
• Plan and facilitate enablement workshops for engineering, platform, product, and leadership audiences

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Solutions Architecture
• Hands-on experience integrating SaaS tools via APIs, webhooks, and ingestion pipelines
• Familiarity with modern engineering ecosystems including CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab, cloud providers, observability, and incident management
• Proficiency working with JSON and YAML

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python, SQL, or scripting
• Experience in Platform Engineering with customer exposure
