Senior Program Administrator - Release Train Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for highly complex initiatives with organizational impact
• Facilitate quarterly planning events and program synchronization across multiple delivery teams
• Identify and remove systemic impediments impacting program delivery and team flow
• Coach leaders, product owners, and teams in Lean-Agile practices
• Monitor program delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement in predictability
• Set and drive goals, timelines, and metrics for initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare or a related field
• Ten years of relevant experience with three years of managing large projects
• Leadership experience over complex projects or a team of professionals
• Experience planning and implementing systems and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• Experience leading a transformation to Scaled Agile operating Model
• Experience serving as a Release Train Engineer, Agile Program Lead, or Agile Coach
• Experience supporting SAFe, large-scale Scrum, or enterprise Kanban environments
• Experience in healthcare IT environments, specifically with Epic EMR platforms
• Certifications such as SAFe RTE, SPC, CSM, or Lean/Six Sigma
