Senior Program Manager, Data Center Build

Responsibilities

• Serve as Together’s representative on data center construction and expansion projects, managing providers, sub-contractors, and third-party vendors
• Oversee all phases of physical infrastructure delivery including site preparation, MEP installation, commissioning, and white space fit out
• Manage partner contracts, SLAs, schedules, and change orders while holding partners accountable to performance and cost
• Coordinate with external partners including GCs, design consultants, and commissioning agents to resolve field issues
• Track equipment deliveries and coordinate schedules with construction milestones
• Provide regular project status reporting to leadership including risk registers and budget forecasts
• Drive process improvements and establish scalable workflows for infrastructure deployment
• Ensure all deployment activities comply with codes, security policies, and safety standards

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical project/program management or construction management
• 5+ years focused on data center, mission-critical, or high-density infrastructure builds
• Direct experience managing data center providers or general contractors on behalf of an owner
• Strong understanding of data center MEP systems, data hall fit out, and structured cabling
• Experience managing multi-million infrastructure budgets across multiple concurrent projects
• Familiarity with high-density GPU compute environments or liquid cooling systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business
• PMP certification or equivalent credential
• Ability to travel approximately 20%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fast-track or modular delivery methods for mission-critical facilities
